text paths or outline texts?

Tilford

Hi.
The printer I am sending a job to asked if I could change the text to paths,
or create outline?? She said it would then look like little dot-to-dots.
I cant seem to find anything similar to that, does anyone know what they are
talking about, or offer suggestions?

I did! Thats the best I could get out of her....

My suggestion would be to talk to your printer and find out what she means.

You won't like my suggestion: Get another printer. It sounds like she
doesn't know what she needs/wants. That would make me wonder about the
quality of the print job.

Yes, maybe. She did say she doesnt know anything about Publisher, and if
thats the best explanation I could get out of her, then maybe youre right.
Thanks
