text positioning with table

I have a table locked in position on the left of the document.
Text wrapping is on.
When I enter text on the document it looks fine but when i print the
document the text aligned alongside if the table is almost the table width
away from the right handside of the table.
How do I get the text to print close to the table border on the right hand
side of the table.

On the Table tab of Table Properties, click Positioning... and adjust the
"Distance from surrounding text."
