text prints white on black backround, I want black on no backround

I have visio 2003. I am trying to create a cabinet diagram. On the screen it
looks great, but when I print the fault occurs. The text in the diagram is
white and the text box backround is black. It is ugly and hard to read.
I have checked the text formatting and it is set to black text, no backround.
