Text Question

I am using "Partial Layers" to create a rainbow. I am putting text inside each partial layer. I want to know if it is possible to curve the text to fit the partial layer. Currently the text that I have written is in a box, I would like it to have the same shape as the partial layer (or one band of the rainbow)

Not sure what a Partial Layer is but Visio does not support text on a curve.
However, you could glue individual letters onto a curved line, and space
them to suit. You can get the letters to glue by changing them into 1D
shapes (Format \ Behaviour)
