For some reason, after using OneNote for 8 months without a problem, the text
inside note containers appears very small. The font is set at Arial 10, which
appears normal in the OneNote header, but small in the notes. The note flags
and audio flags also appear very small. This changed the size of pages that I
had typed earlier as well.

This happened suddenly while I was typing notes.

Does it just look smaller on the screen, or does the formatting toolbar
definitively show the changed font size?

What is the zoom level set to (one of the buttons on the Standard toolbar)?

I'm guessing the zoom changed on you - maybe you CTRL-scrolled with the
mousewheel while typing?

That was it! Thank you. (I didn't know about CTRL-scroll, and I'd taken the
zoom off the toolbar.)
