text string extraction help please

hi

i have a coloumn of names in different formats

example

Mr Paul Jones
Mr R Wright
Mr T H Jones

what i would like to extract is the first name if it is there or the
initials in to a seperate column

eg the column for the above would be

Paul
R
T H

he didn't do the prefixes like "Mr." that you have.
I think you can probably work through that with his
example if not post back. If you always have a prefix
you simply want to pick out the second word.
