Text Style options saving on Project Server Projects

Hello,

For a project saved on Project Server, I've modified the Critical Path
Text Style to display these tasks in red. When I save, close and reopen
the Project, the text style preferences are not retained. Is there a
way to make text style modifications that will be retained on Project
Server?

Hi Wendy,
Probably, you did this text style change on a view which is protected on the
server : the Enterprise Gantt Chart for example.
Try to do that on another view, may be a copy of the previous one. Or, if
you have the admin permissions, do the change in the Enterprise Global.

You're correct that the Enterprise Gantt Chart view is where the change
was applied. However, I just confirmed on the Enterprise Global that I
had already made that change there. So, the text style change for
critical path tasks is made in the Enterprise Global Template.

I can try the modification on another view and see what happens. But,
is there a reason that if the setting is made on the Enterprise Global
Template that it should not be carried out on new or existing projects?

You have to resart project so that the changes in the Enterprise Global are
carried out in every project

I've closed and restarted Project and the settings within the
individual Project plan and in the Enterprise Global are not taking
into effect on existing projects. Any remaining advice?
