text that appears in appts viewed from calendar and my Treo

is it possible to automatically get the contact name that is linked to an
appt to show up in the calendar view and in my Treo, which is hotsynch to
Outlook? i've been manually typing it into the subject line, but it seems
like this should be an automated feature.
