Text to Speech: How do i read text in paragraph and highlight word

Hi,

I am doing a text to speech macro that will read by paragraph and highlight
word at the same time. i am able to accomplish this when the coding is done
to read word by word and highlight word.... but when it is reading word by
word... the speech is not smooth.... so i change to read by paragraph.... the
speech is smooth, but highlighting does not synchronize with the speech...
does any of you have any idea on how to get it done???
