Text Tool is scrambling text in Groove 3.1

We are encounting an issue wherein the Groove 3.1 text tool is scrambling text.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? What causes the problem and how
can it be avoided?

Hi James -

Two people editing the same piece of text? I've seen stuff like that in the
old Outliner tool but the text tool has been fine.

Maybe you can tell us a bit more about this problem?
