Text Wrap not working

Got an interesting issue.. when a user types a reply email his text wraps
just fine, but when he copies and pastes a block of text, the text does not
wrap.

We are using Outlook 2003, letting Outlook do it's own spelling,
autocorrections, etc... - we do not have Word 2003, so Outlook does not see
any earlier versions of Word, and the emails are set to HTML formatting...

any suggestions would help. Thanks!
