Text wrapping in activity description

I am having problems with an activity wrapping when
printed. It shows on the screen wrapped but when printed
or in print preview it does not wrap but truncates the
text. I have increased the row height and all I know to
do to correct. Other tasks in the same file wrap
correctly. Any clues??

This is controlled by your printer driver and the fonts you have to
print. Try changing to a different font, e.g. move to a True Type or
just simply another font which may render differently. The rendering
will be displayed in print preview relatively accurately and on the
paper in whatever way the rendering engine for that font works. I use
Arial Narrrow for my HP printers and it usually works just as it "says
on the tin". You can also try using a different printer (which will
then use a different printer driver with a differnt font rendering engine.)

Thanks for your response, however, I have tried other
printers and this does not seem to matter. Also, other
activities within the same schedule wrap correctly. Even
in print preview it does not wrap but the activity below
it does. Any other thoughts?

This may seem silly but is there more than one word in the task description
that refuses to wrap? Word wrap only occurs between words and if the
description is just one long term without any embedded spaces there is no
"wrap point" that the computer can use to break the line. Don't know if
this is your problem but it's worth checking.
