Text Wrapping

I am using the new 2007 version of Word and am working my way through the
book. In the 2003 version you could set how you would like you graphics
inserted by default to come onto a page eg with the wrap through etc. The
default seems to be in line with text and I cannot find how to change that.
Has that been removed from this version or can I just not find it as its
annoying having to change the wrap all the time. Also I could move a
graphic by selecting it and then moving with the arrow keys, a more accurate
way of moving a graphic, that now does not seem to work either. Would be
grateful for some help please.

To set the default wrapping style, choose what you want in the "Insert/paste
pictures as" list box in Office button | Word Options, Advanced category
(look under the "Cut, copy, and paste" heading).

Assuming that a picture is NOT "In line with text," you can still select it
and then move it with the arrow keys.
