Textbox Problem

Hello everyone
I am developing a program on access and i have a really simple problem..
In my main form i have a picture as background, the picture is in the center
and does not fill the whole form. I have 3 textboxes and 2 buttons, and i
want them to stay at the corner of this picture...

But as the screen or its resolution changes(as i change from pc to pc), the
textboxes and buttons move out of the picture and my main form looks bad..

Is there a way in which i can lock these objects to their places, or maybe i
can fix the size of the form so it does'nt change with change of screens?
