Textbox with scrollbars?

I have created a textbox on my drawing page using the standard Text Tool.

When I attempt to paste in text that is larger than the box it just
automatically grows. Is it possible to retain its current size and just add
scrollbars?

insert/control/microsoft forms 2.0 textbox
rightclick control go to textbox object/properties
set scrollbars to fmcrollbarsvertical
now if you enter enough text in the box the scrollbar will appear
