TextTransfer skips first row ALWAYS

Hello. i have encountered a problem. i am using TextTransfer with
specs to import from a tab delim file. for some reason the first row
is always missing even though HeaderRow param is set to False.
Can any one help? has anyone saw this problem/bug?

Have you tried manually importing the same file using the import wizard to
see if there is some obscure setting in there somewhere and what the final
result is.
just a thought.

maybe some key is being violated and warnings are off????
