Do you have Thai enabled in Office?
Shut down the Office apps
Start->Programs->Microsoft Office->Microsoft Office Tools->Microsoft Office
Language Settings. In the Enabled tab, Add Thai to your list of editing
languages.
Exit the dialog and then restart Word
Format->Font. You should see a dropdown for "Complex Scripts" font setting.
Use that dropdown to apply a font to your Thai text. (although the dropdown
from the main toolbar should work as well)

Dear Renee,

I also found this in Pantip.com board, try it, and finally, it works!

My problem was the version of my Thai font is too old and it's not support
Unicode. So I just download new fonts and that's it.

Thank you for your advise anyway..
