Hi Grayson!
Thanks for the link...seen that before but still does not answer my
question...I know I can perform a shortcut similar to the Alt-Tab of
the PC on Mac by presseing the Apple key + Tab.
But all I get is the Powerpoint App icon & not the individual
presentation...I tried it on two concurrent presentation.
In fact, I can't have both running in slideshow mode & easily switch
between them using the Apple+Tab conmbination.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I don't think PowerPoint allows you to have two running slide shows at
once (Mac or PC). You can have several presentations open in Edit view,
but I think you can have only one open in Slide Show view. Correct me if
I am wrong.

You can get two shows running on the PC and alt-tab between them and the
presentations in edit view. At great risk to your sanity, mind you. Don't try
this at home, kids. I'm a long-time PowerPoint user, so I've no sanity left to
lose. What, me worry?

If there's a way to do it on the Mac, I haven't stumbled into it yet though.

I use an action link to go between a couple presentations, it seems to
work ok.

Don't you end up with multiple copies of each show running when you do that?

Hi ,

IF you have multiple windows in Powerpoint and if you want to navigate
between the windows then press Apple+~(key above Tab key)

Hope this answer's your queries.
