Stefan and John,

I am sorry for the confusion I have created. I am working on an application
that I am using to keep track of bird watching records. I want to take this
application and be able to sell it commercially. Initially I want to do this
as a PC software app, not as a web-based app because there are a lot of
things I do not know to do that. However, I may want to do this in the
future. If I do and convert the application to a web-based aplication, then
is there a difference between using split forms or subforms for displaying
information. Does one or the other work more efficiently in a web
environment? I hope this helps explain what I want to do more clearly.

Access doesn't work on the internet. You'll have to completely redesign your
application using different technology (although, depending on anticpating
user volume, you might be able to keep the data in your Jet database should
you so desire)
