Thanks: How to put Outlook in line to find available Msoft. Exch?

Microsoft Outlook Office 2007 (Windows Vista) doesn't start. It says:
"Microsoft Exchange is not available, Outlook must be in line"

Are you using Exchange server? if not, go to control panel, mail and make a
new profile that contains the correct type of email account.
