Thank you for the suggestions. I found that all the characters can be seen by zooming out to 79 % and it happened only when using lap top. I decided to use text box. By the way, did you hear that MS is working to fix this problem ? Thank you again. Michael

Yes, at my urging, and I fear that they are addressing only one narrow
cause of the problem which is unrelated to most occurrences. But it's a
start, and the explanation led to the suggestion to use different screen
resolution or zoom.
