I have a couple databases from 1998-1999 that we are still using and have
been able to convert up without any problems with each version. I recently
converted them to Access 2003 sp3 and now I am having issues keeping the menu
bar in Access. I have a little code written in Access that I can click on now
and it gives me back my menubar but I have no idea what is turning them off.
Tehy are simple queries and reports. The databases do not do any heavy
transactions and have no heavy duty code. Pretty simple.
I have been trying to open and run different programs then check the Access
again to see what is taking away the menubar. So far it is working but i know
it will happen again.
The only difference i can see is that i use to work with Frontpage 2002 and
changed to Sharepoint when I received a new laptop.
My Word 2003 has also lost it's scrollbar on the right side and i can;t seem
to get that back either. Only in preview do I have the scrollbar but it does
me no good trying to work in the document.
