The Active Directory group failed to synchronize with the Enterprise Resource Pool

I am getting the error "The Active Directory group failed to
synchronize with the Enterprise Resource Pool" when I try to sync the
ERP. I am able to sync all of the security groups fine. I was able to
sync the ERP once, but now it is not working and I am not able to add
any new users to the ERP. The event viewer contains the following
message: "File: AutoADProcess
Line: -1
Description: <Description><![CDATA[AD Res Pool Sync - Internal Res Pool
Error : (457)This key is already associated with an element of this
collection]]></Description>

I am running the latest versions and service packs. Does anyone have
any suggestions?

I found a solution for this. You need to contact Microsoft and obtain a hot
fix for service pack 1.

I found the solution for this. I had to obtain a hot fix from
Microsoft.
