The add-in c:\program files\NavNt\vpmsece.dll could not be instal.

everytime i log in to outlook ; i get this 'The add-in c:\program
files\NavNt\vpmsece.dll could not be installed or loaded Use detect and
repair'

inspite of using detect and repair and inserting the outlook cd (from which
it was installed) . this message keeps coming up
help

it looks like it's the Norton AntiVirus addin. Either reinstall it or go to
tools, options, other, advance,d addins and make sure the nav addin is not
installed then find and delete extend.dat.
