The Amazing Growing Check Box

Every time I click on them they seem to grow and or shrink.. What do I need
to do to stop this from happening it is messing my form up. The Size of the
check box is blocking the cells were I ned to enter my answers. This is also
happening with my Yes and No Option Buttons.

I happen to be working with Excel 2003, I will try this and report back.
