The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).

Office 2003 seems to have installed properly in a new installation of XP. I
have even run the "repair" from the original CD . When I try to open any of
the Office sections i.e. powerpoint,excel,etc. all I get is "The application
failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).
