I created an HTML signature block for all our Firm's users, linking to our
Firm's logo on our external web server. For most people it works fine, then
there are others ...
Unfortunately (and as Murphy's Law would predict), one of them is the Firm's
Managing Partner. His issue is when he opens an email with the signature
block in it, the image shows up "fuzzy" on his screen, yet when he "forwards"
the email, the image in the forward is crystal clear.
Second, when sent internally, some emails come in with a red "X" instead of
the logo, yet others come in perfectly. One user today may have her emails
show up with the "X" today, yet tomorrow the logo will appear with no
problems.
This problem has been the bane of my existance since my Firm's Directors
decided the Firm's logo MUST be in the signatures.
I would be able to sleep at night if someone could help me resolve these
issues, otherwise I'm going to end up a complete basket case until it can be
resolved.
