The Best Approach for One to Many

Hi.

I have requirement to provide a solution for the following.

Data is not held in a database that can be used to generate the
information we need. It has to be entered manually for now.

A letter needs to be generated that summarizes client information. The
information is broken up using a number of headings such as
Superannuation, Insurance, Investment properites etc. Each heading
may hold information about one person or more than one person. For
example, Client 1 has an insurance policy the details of which need to
be in the letter. Under the same heading, Insurance, Client 1's wife
may also have an insurance policy. Client 1 may also have one or more
children who each have an insurance policy. I need to factor in that
we may be entering insurance policy details for more than one person.

I'd like a front end Userform that collects the information, allows
the operator to check it before hitting the Go button and have the
information put into a Word document. I'm thinking Word might not be
the best way to achieve this. While the data doesn't need to be kept
for historical purposes, I'm thinking Access may be better suited to
this task. I may also be turning a molehill into a huge mountain.

Your advice on how best to tackle this is greatly appreciated.

Regards
Shane
