The code in Alvin's OWC book

I've just got your book and was reading thru it and it looks like it will be
very helpful. But I had one question. Is there someplace I can download
the code samples from the book. Its just a pain to have to type all that
code in.

the servers went up in smoke. It may take a while before we can recover the

We are working on replacing the website. The facility experienced a fire and
the servers went up in smoke. It may take a while before we can recover the
material from the damaged hard drives (if it is at all recoverable). I
apologize for this nightmare.
