The Content of sent item folder may be missing

right now i'm using OE 6 SP2.

I need some help about missing a few messages (not all messages) in sent
item folder. The missing email message are not in the Deleted Item folder.
I was looking around on internet dan found the issue is content of inbox
folder is missing. Is anyone experience with sent item folder ? i'm tried to
fix the problem with DBXtract and no result.
