the correct salutation when writing to a circuit court judge

I am writing a business letter to the circuit court judge. I need to know
the correct salutation of the letter. Is it correct to use "Your honor Last
Name" or "Dear Honorable Last Name" etc.

That's what I use. I always call a circuit court judge "Your Googleship!"
