I know this problem has been discussed previously, but the answers do not
seem to cover my situation.

On a regular basis and after having closed Outlook properly, I receive the
above message, delaying Outlook from opening. This problem seems to occur
when I switch network connections. It rarely occurs at my office connection,
which is hardwired to the company intranet through a docking station. It
often occurs at home where I have a wireless connection to a cable modem
router. The "at home" problem occurs whether my previous session was at work
or home. Any suggestions?
