The data file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly.

Outlook is not closing properply. Click on the red X in the corner and
outlook closes, but continues to run in the backgroun according to the task
manager. When I go to open Outlook 2003 after restarting the the comuter I
get the following error message, "The data file 'Personal Folders' was not
closed properly." and then it takes up to 10 minutes sometimes for Outlook to
open.

Had this problem before and fixed it, but its back now and I haven't made
any changes to the computer or software.

Now I can't even find any search results for the problem on this group.

Now what?
