The database connection named 'Database2' is undefined

I'm using FP2003 and running this on my local xp pc with
IIS and is getting the following error when trying to
display my page in IE.
I've already verified the database in FP and setup this
web site as a virtual directory with scripts enabled and
made the folder web shared.

Can anyone provide assistance. Thanks!

Database Results Error
The database connection named 'Database2' is undefined.

This problem can occur if:
* the connection has been removed from the web
* the file 'global.asa' is missing or contains errors
* the root folder does not have Scripting permissions
enabled
* the web is not marked as an Application Root
