The default template not wanted

Dear group,

I have bought the Microsoft Sudent and Home version and installed it
on my machine. The software comes with following styles.


Normal
and Font as
Calibri 11


I want to change this option to


No Spacing
Times New Roman 12


for all future documents. I tried doing that but always the new
documents do start with the original settings i.e. "Normal and
Calibri
11".

I "DO NOT WANT" to create a new template, but want to make the changes
in the original icon/installation for the new style i.e. Times New
Roman 11, and Style: No Spacking.

Can someone please help me out.


While installing the software did not give me any option of about
default settings.
