The directory or file cannot be created

I am trying to save Word/Excel doc's to my Memory Key and
keep geeting this message. I was able to save to the key
before and now it will not let me. Any ideas?

Sounds like there is a problem with writing data to your "Memory Key"
Try asking in a newsgroup for your Operating system.

I would check your memory key specification to see if there is limit to the
number of files allowed in the root folder. If there is, try creating some
folders and moving some files from the root folder to the new folders.

I suggest the above as what you describe is a common problem when copying
files from a hard drive to a floppy.
