I am able to add roughly 100 contacts. I can't add any more contacts to the
Distribution List and i receive the above error message.

We use Exchange 2003 and my outlook 2003 configured in Exchange Mode. For
some reason, i don't want to use DL's created on Server. I have to have my
personal DL.

Please Help?

Any personal DL in an Exchange folder -- mailbox or public folder -- is limited to roughtly 100-125 entries. That limit can't be changed. You can nest personal DLs.
