The document name or path is not vaild

Hi,

I have encountered the above error on winwords2000. The
physical file is there but cannot open. Try on the
suggestion provided by the help of the office Assistance
but still can not open the file. The file can be open in
winwords97 on another PC.

Any resolution on this issue?
