One of our users keeps getting this message when other people are not having
any problems. At the time he can access the Internet. The message happens
randomly any time of day, and often when he first opens Outlook 2007 on
WinXP. Send and Receive takes a couple of minutes and doesn't find any new
mail, but sometimes if he uses webmail he finds that he has mail that hasn't
reached Outlook yet. Our email server is located elsewhere, but no-one else
gets this message. He gets it no matter what office he is in, all on the
same WAN.
Any suggestions as to the problem and solution?
