The entire toolbar for the program is missing.

The word program, every time it is opened, does not have the toolbars. I go
to set the toolbar but it is no where to be found. No "File", no anything
commands. I cannot search under basically any commands. The only toolbars i
can find are: autotext, clipboard, shortcut menus, blogger, DYMO labelwriter,
and DYMOAF. The commands are still available under customize: command, but
only if i put them under one of the previously mentioned toolbars. Where is
the built in, normal, toolbar that comes with the program with file, view,
etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated even if it ends up that i have to
reinstall the progeram (ick) or something.
