The equation and word drawing dispears!

Recently, I receive some word file. When I print them out, I find that all
equations and word drawings can not be print out, then I find that if you can
not see them by using previewing, then I can not print them out with text.

Then I try to create the drawing and equations in my own computer. I find
that the equations can be shown if they are keyed in in my own computer
however the word drawing can not be seen even they are drawn in my own
computer.

What is the problem? I need some else to help me urgently

From the Tools menu, select Options and go to the Print tab and check the
box against "Drawing objects" in the Include with document section of the
dialog.
