First off I have run dcomcnf and configured it
Second I have enabled VBA programmatic trust from within XLS.

I am able to create an excel document using the Excel.Application
object but not able to load marcos in from a file.

When runing ASP.NET Development Server I am able to import macros in
from a file but under IIS fail with the project not trusted error.

Any insight?
