"the file normal.dot already exists..."

Hi,

I have seen lots of posts about people getting this error when quitting
word. However, a friend of mine gets it every time he logs in (on XP
Pro he is using multiple accounts simultaneously and there is one
specific account that gives this error whenever he logs in)

any ideas what might cause this?
