The file open & then close at very short time

I import data from inhouse application to Ms Excel.
The Ms Excel file created successfull.
Then I try to open the Ms Excel file.
The file open and then close at very short time.
So I can not view the file.
I have try to scan with antivirus, and no virus found.
Somebody have same problem with me?
Somebody can help?
