The file 'personal folders' is being checked for problems

Hi everybody,
Every time I start Outlook it says ''The file 'personal folders' was not
closed properly. It is being checked for problems.'' This error has become
almost a part of outlook. I don't know what's wrong.I have been facing this
problem for long. I've taken almost every troubleshooting step with the help
of this newsgroup only but all in vain. Now I don't know what to do next.
Win xp Tablet pc edition, Outlook 2002 configured to use pop3 server.
Steps I've taken to resolve the problem:
1. Scanned the pst file with Inbox Repair Tool
2. Disabled the add in (Exchange extentioin property pages) under the
tools-options-other-advanced-addin manager
3. From HKLM\softwares\microsoft\office\outlook\addins - LoadBehaviour
changed from 9 to 1
4.Created a new profile from control panel when this didn't work
5.Renamed the old pst file & allowed outlook to create a new one then
imported all data from the old one.
After each step it would work for a few days & then would start giving the
same problem.It's very irritating.
Can anyone tell me how can this be resolved?

Exactly what steps do you take to exit Outlook when you're done with it?
Does your Tablet PC go into sleep or hibernate mode often?

Hi Ben,
I simply close Outlook.
Sometimes when I close a window pops up naming Microsoft office installer &
one error message also appears but I do not remember that at this moment.
