The Folder is Full (repost, still unresolved)

I receive a message "The Folder is Full" when trying to move or rename a
folder. The operation won't go through.
Any ideas?

The size of the PST file is about 220 MB.
ScanPST did not help.
The deleted items folder is emptied regularly.

Vista 64 SP1, Outlook 07 SP2
