A co-worker is getting the error "The folder '...' isn't
accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable
volume or protected with a password." whenever she tries
the Save as command to rename and save a file. This
happens for any file she tries to use "save as" on. The
files are on a networked drive (Novell network) and I can
open them and Save as with no problems. The filenames
have no illegal characters like "\" or "/". We have done a
virus scan returning no viruses found. We renamed the
Normal.dot file and this worked for a while but the
problem returned. She has downloaded and installed all
critical windows NT updates and patches from
windowsupdate. She has downloaded and installed the
latest Word 97 patches. Any other suggestions???
