I'm using MS Office Project 2003 with a Share Point Portal Server 2003
When I try to access the project server I get the following message:

"The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/sites/ibm_test/isapi/pjdbcomm.dll"

The microsoft website suggests to exclude the project server path from the
share point.
I have done this but without success.

I'm a bit at a loss here.

Has anybody got has any suggestions?

You might get a quicker response if you post to our sister newsgroup,
microsoft.public.project.server. This newsgroup is dedicated to the
stand alone installation of Project.
