"The form you selected could not be displayed"

My company's anti-virus setup just threw a wobbly, rejecting ALL messages.
Now suddenly a form I have been using for a while won't open. Items created
using the form are opened with a standard form, and when I try to edit the
form, I get the above message.

My backup copy of the form is doing the same thing.

Is there anything I can do to get this back? I can't face having to recreate
it from scratch.

I am using Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP with Exchange 2003

Clearing the forms cache usually fixes this. Choose Tools | Options | Other
| Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear
Cache.
