The formats of graphs are not kept aftersaving and reopening of the file

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

When I change the format (color, orientation of the text...) on a graph, and I close the file after having saving it, then reopen the file, the format has been abandonned or changed.
I am using the 12.2.1 version
